Home Sleep Test

This test diagnoses sleep apnea using a device called a "Watch-PAT" worn on the wrist at bedtime. A finger probe accurately measures your peripheral arterial tone (PAT) or breathing events during sleep. Blood oxygen levels, pulse rate, movement, and snoring are also recorded. You will be shown how to attach a Watch-PAT. Read more

In-Lab Sleep Study

At your office visit, the doctor may discuss scheduling a sleep study. If you agree, the doctor will send a referral to the Sleep Lab. You'll be given instructions and helpful hints to manage your sleep in the After Visit Summary. Read more
